"Wallace, a partially deaf 12-year-old thingyer spaniel, kept falling back as it tried to climb the cliff, and could not hear its owners calling for it.
Two Coastguard rescue teams and a lifeboat were called to retrieve the dog after it fell down the cliff face at Towan Head, Newquay, Cornwall."
